Mike from security pest elimination was so HELPFUL!!! He came to do a follow-up pest inspection after a home inspection when we were under the wire to make a decision. He was so informative about everything. I appreciated him sharing insight into how to treat the problem as well as how to be proactive. He shared additional advise about pest prevention beyond the problem we were addressing. It was so refreshing to work with someone that was good at their job and clearly cared about his customers!! The process was simple and seemed to be the best value of all the services providers. They came on time to inspect, provided a quick and easy to understand estimate and performed the services quickly and efficiently. I chose this route because of both cost this service was hundreds of dollars less over the course of the warranty period, which was the second reason. 7 years of warranty without need for hefty annual fees to inspect and deal with bait stations.
