Timely, efficient, pleasant
With the exception of a longer than usual wait time and the worn out, uncomfortable seating ( I tried two others) the reason for only 4 stars, my experience was very good. Everyone in the office was pleasant; especially, Olivia, who was very professional and attentive. Jimmy Tran was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and quickly located and identified affected areas of my skin while treating them. He was respectful and discreet when conducting the exam.
