One of my favorite yoga studios . The owner and instructors are all so kind and inviting . They are open to all levels from beginner to pro. I love the variety of class options as well. If you are even just thinking about checking the studio out I would encourage you to go . Even if you aren't sure what class to take or what to expect they will happily walk you through the offerings and give you some great tips .

This studio is the best. All the teachers are well trained and really make sure you get the best out of your practice. Lots of options ..yoga, meditation, reiki. There are lots of workshops too. And really fun times with events like wine and yoga at the 1620 Winery.

This is a tranquil studio, the kind of place you imagine that you'd want to practice yoga in. If you are still doing group fitness yoga classes like I was at a sweaty smelly gym then the instruction and ambience you will get here will blow you away. My yoga practice has improved in leaps and bounds since I have been a member here. They make you feel like family and will accomodate your needs. Takling with Meg, the owner is just like talking to a good friend. You will love it here. We are truly lucky to have this studio so close to Carver and Plymouth.
