I recently had a deep clean done by New England Maids and all I can say is WOW. I have a black dog and when they were finished, there wasn’t a single dog hair in sight, which feels almost impossible. Even before the cleaning, my initial consultation call with Liz was amazing. She put me at ease, explained every part of the process, answered all of my million questions, and was so patient and sweet. Their communication from start to finish was incredible. They went above and beyond, tackling hard to reach spots and areas I didn’t even realize needed attention. My baseboards are sparkling, my windows have never looked so clear, and my stainless steel fridge honestly looks brand new. The level of detail and care they put into their work is unmatched. My entire home feels refreshed, polished, and completely transformed. I couldn’t recommend them more.
The professionalism of Liz, who provided me with a quote for an initial deep clean, as well as the team that came to clean my house was exceptional. I wasn’t really sure I needed a deep clean since I keep a pretty clean house but, boy, was I wrong! They cleaned things I either only do once a year or , ahem, have never done! My house looks GREAT! I’m anxious to see how this cleanliness is maintained from cleaning to cleaning.
Liz Sullivan and her team from New England Maids always come through for me. We first used them after receiving a referral when we purchased our new home and needed a deep clean. We were beyond impressed and the results were even better than we expected. Over the past year, we’ve had them help my in-laws maintain their in-law apartment, and they’ve also come to clean our home from time to time. Every single visit leaves me so happy with how fresh and spotless everything feels. This year, since I was hosting Christmas, I thought it would be the perfect time to have them back again and as before they did an incredible job. They cleaned everything from the stove and microwave to the floors and bathrooms. They even cleaned my trash and recycling bins, which honestly made me ridiculously happy every time I went to throw something away! Their work took so much stress off my shoulders and allowed me to focus on cooking and preparing for my guests. I cannot thank them enough. If you’re looking for a company that is reliable, friendly, and reasonably priced, I highly recommend New England Maids. Give yourself a break , you won’t regret it.
