Neal Pest eliminated a wasp nest that was in a difficult location on our home, we also had unexpected rain during the end of our first treatment and Neal Pest came back at no cost to correct the first treatment. Tim, the Technician, is a professional and explains the treatment and expectations and Kate coordinated the appointment and the follow up was perfect. I would recommend Neal Pest for their total process of initial scheduling, treatment, report, payment and follow up, no surprises, much appreciated.
