Purchased my house as a new septic system was being installed by Jones Excavating. 2 1/2 yrs later there was a problem with the system backing up(nothing horrible but definitely needed to be checked) I called them and within 2 days of the call they were out at my house doing everything to figure out the issue. After some minor adjustments and one leaky float valve on my toilet later the issue was resolved. I tried to pay them but they said no thank you because they stand by their work. If anyone asks for my recommendation these are the guys I will be sending friends and family too!! 5 Stars
Great customer service; came as scheduled; did the job on time; was very pleased on everything they did. I would highly recommend for any excavation projects you may have!!
