Hot Yoga 1620

Today was my first day back at the studio in a very long time and although it did kick my butt, it was amazing. The class was challenging but doable and the staff at the studio are warm welcoming and push their students. I can’t wait to come back and see how strong i get over the months.

I'm an old school Bikram gal and these teachers do not disappoint. Their 26&2 classes maintain the integrity and intention of the original dialogue, without relying on rote memorization. Every instructor I've had knows exactly what they're asking of you, and how to help you get there. This could easily be a review of the 26&2 practice, but you need to do your own research to decide if that's for you. Every class they offer is outstanding. No matter your stage of wellness, I guarantee you'll feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Stars+ for Hot Yoga 1620, although it’s not just the review stars that you’ll go to this studio for.The owners: Grace and Dan are exceptional - - they are also instructors and students; Yogis who care whether you go frequently, or on occasion.
