I was referred by a friend to seek out new hvac equipment from granite city, I would have never thought to look here! I was connected with Brett McCormick, he was very receptive to my inquiries and went above and beyond to find me the correct set up for the application needed. During the process he was very informative, and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. I’m already planning future projects with Granite City! It’s refreshing to receive old school service, especially from a company that treats a small purchase like a million dollar contract!

I never stepped foot in this place until I started my own company a few years ago and since then I’ve been purchasing things from them on a somewhat regular basis. I have had nothing but positive experiences; I’ve dealt mostly with Robin Swift, who has been great. Thanks guys!

I called for a battery for a back up for a smoke detector and they could not have been nicer. He was going to try and find what I needed but if he didn't have it he was going to give me another place where I could get it. This kind of service is getting hard to find.
