Overall - very happy with Bayada nursing (most often Valerie) as well as physical therapy support (primarily Mike). My mom has been in and out of the hospital since open heart surgery with some ongoing hiccups so she's struggled a bit and really needed home health care. She had a handful of nurses over the course of about 5 months and most were very caring, kind, consistent, timely, and provided educational support. Mike was great - he also was kind, caring, and supportive. The care I received from Bayada was outstanding. I was amazed how quickly they scheduled my home visits and were always on time. I could call with any concerns or questions and they were there to help. I cannot thank the Bayada group enough for the professional care, and service I received. Thanks again to Val, Erin, Jim and Amy.
