The nails themselves were beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend going if you're not willing to spend an exorbitant amount of time there. When I first started going after COVID I loved it! The technicians are skilled and are nice people. However, on my last few visits I called ahead and made appointments for my daughter and I, but we were made to wait over an hour after our scheduled appointment times before they started. The second time, when I was about to leave after about 45 minutes of waiting, they took my daughter and sat her in a chair with acetone on her nails so we wouldn't leave, but I was still waiting and, after 90 minutes, I declined services... read full review
Coming to Amy Nails & Spa Professional is always a great experience. The staff is so kind and lovely. My nails always look beautiful and the technicians are so gentle, but it’s the hospitality that keeps me coming back. Plus, the prices are incredibly reasonable. Even though there are many other nail salons closer to me, I will always make the trip to Amy Nails.
Consistently the best pedicure experience as well as long lasting nails when I do get a manicure. I have had places where my entire service lasts 30 minutes, here I had a total of 50 minutes spent on pedicure without even getting polish this time around. Exceptional and staff is very friendly! I notice they have many regulars! I frequently make the trip over the bridge for them :)
