During my wedding trial, we discussed what I wanted, which was a challenge without knowing precisely what I wanted or how to explain it. They were patient and kind while figuring out what I was envisioning. Fast forward to the day of the wedding - they provided hair and makeup for the whole wedding party, plus my mom. It went smoothly and was surprisingly laid back. We enjoyed getting ready together at my family’s home, where we could talk and relax a little before the wedding. WE ARE SO LUCKY THAT WE MET KARI AT EL SALON TODAY. Kari spoke to my daughter in true tween language (tik tok trends, trending products etc) She asked my daughter about what she likes and doesn’t like about her hair, and she gave us SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE about how to care for her curls. The haircut was exactly what my daughter wanted, but I feel like we walked out of that salon with so much more than just a haircut. We will certainly be back to see Kari for our next cut!“

“Melissa is the best! From the get-go, Melissa knew the soft glam vision I was going for. I have always been hesitant about airbrush makeup and how it can look cakey, but Melissa reassured me during my makeup trial that the oil-based airbrush is the way to go. I had my trial 3 months prior to my makeup and loved how it looked so natural. I only had a few minor tweaks from the trial to change for the wedding. Melissa took photos of the makeup look from the trial and used those photos as the basis for the wedding makeup look with my small changes. She also provided makeup services for my 4 girls, my mom, and my mother-in-law. Each one of them loved their makeup look and said it fit their style. We all looked so beautiful and the makeup lasted throughout the night. Highly recommend Melissa!“
“Prior to meeting with Lindsay, I started to lose hope that I would ever have clear skin. I started having acne when I was around 15, and it started to become very severe and painful around the age of 18. I had this severe acne for about 2 more years and can now say that I am acne-free after only meeting with Lindsay for a couple of months. During my two-year period with painful acne, I visited different doctors and was prescribed many different medications, some of which worked but only for a short period of time. When I first started seeing Lindsay, I felt as though nothing would ever work for my skin because I had already tried so much. However, only after meeting with her a few times, I started to see a very noticeable improvement in my skin. She has not only helped clear my skin, but she has also taught me a lot about what works for my skin and what doesn’t. Before meeting with her, I restricted what I ate and didn’t allow myself to do a lot of things in fear that it would cause me to break out. However, now I allow myself to drink lattes and eat ice cream without the worry that I will get a cystic pimple after. I am so grateful for how much Lindsay has helped me and cannot emphasize how much I recommend her for those who are struggling with acne as well.“
