Dempsey Oil & Air Conditioning - Boiler Repair, Furnace Installation, Gas Heat

Took the day off for them to come to my house and inspect and clean the AC for the upcoming summer. They gave me window time frame from 9-12.. called me at 11:45 to see if I could reschedule. Told them I had take the day off to be home and I was very disappointed. Would not recommend this company. Had Viking in the past and they were amazing. Will stick to them

We had a horrible experience with this company. While installing our furnace they made a mistake that required the gas company to red tag our whole house. Dangerous situation. Plus no heat, hot water, or stove for 3 days in Feb. They wouldn't take anything off the price. One year later the furnace broke down. Just stay clear of them.

These guys are absolute crooks! They were assigned to us by AHS home warranty. They didn't repair anything and told AHS that we needed a complete replacement and then invoiced us $9000 for "modifications" which they know won't be covered by AHS. Basically we were left high n dry and now AHS won't cover the repairs because these guys were greedy. Further, for $9000 system, they would install a "reconditioned" system, not a new one and with only a 30 day warranty for the work and system. Eventually we found another contractor who gave a brand new system for $7800 with a 10 year warranty. Avoid Dempsey at ALL COSTS if possible.
