“Had what was a very tricky joist replacement, in a property. Did wonder if I could get anyone to quote me, as it was in an alleyway and above was the bathroom and the hot water tank. So it was tricky to do, without disturbing the rooms above. Met James who was friendly and professional, and agreed a time and price.
