Hey, we went solar today at last! Installation went very smoothly. One more way we are trying to live more sustainably. This (small business, local owner) company was so easy to deal with - no hassles, no pushiness, just straight answers and very responsive. Communications were great-Fred always showed up when he said he would and walked us through the process. The installation crew was great too--they worked hard, and were careful about their work and cleaning up afterwards. We had critical mass solar do our solar . After looking at the contracts for leasing we contacted Freddy he was excellent at explaining how it worked after talking we bought our system. It’s been over two years. Best decision we ever had made wish we had done it sooner. Excellent work never had a problem we exceed our usage even after putting our pool in still exceeding our usage building up our solar credit . It’s been two years even after our installation when we contact Freddy he is quick to respond to our questions like when we were trying to move our banking and mortgage to another bank they asked if we had a lien on the property my wife texted Freddy he responded within minutes while we were in the bank that to me shows exceptional service and response to his customers I highly recommend him for your solar needs . His crew of installers were highly skilled and professional at their jobs. I even asked for a plug to be installed for our back up generator they exceeded our needs
