Honesty/Integrity. We had had a one-time basement puddle after the historic rain storm in October, and called Watchman to be sure. Tim could have convinced us we needed to hire him to implement a solution. But after conducting a thorough inspection, he said there was no problem other than the unprecedented rain.
Tim O'Brien, the owner, came to our home to assess a water problem in our basement. He could have sold us a system and made a profit, but he was honest and transparent. He told us we need to fix the drainage on the exterior and this could be done by our landscaper. The service is unbelievable and of the highest ethical standards.
