Found every reason he could think of to not complete a brand new construction. Almost two years later the house is not finished, other people have been hired to complete the job. The mistake was made to pay too much up front which made it easy for him to walk. Used low grade components (slider, uninstalled showers)when he was asked to use mid-high grade. Wouldn't let him build a treehouse for my kids.
