We recently moved to MA, and this is the first year we used the Zisko Tax Group for tax preparation. Expecting the initial meeting to be preliminary, we were pleasantly surprised to leave with our taxes finished. Not only was it an enjoyable experience, but our tax preparer was knowledgeable and efficient, answered all our questions clearly and concisely, and thoroughly explained each step. One of the smartest things I have ever done is to go to this group for my taxes. Very professional yet, kind and understanding. They are especially kind to seniors. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. When i am there I feel like family. I know all my concerns are being met and I am always asked what else can they do to help me. Unexpectedly the Tax Accountant that we had for a number of years died and we were left without a tax preparer during busy tax season. The Zisko Tax Group had taken on many of our previous Accountant's clients, including us. They did a great job in coming up to speed with our tax situation and timely filed our forms. We have continued with the Zisko Tax Group since then and have been very happy with the services they provide.
