This is my second time going to Mike at Pro Detailing in Pembroke, and once again, I couldn’t be more grateful. Not only is Mike thoughtful, precise, and incredibly skilled at what he does — he truly cares. His attention to detail is unmatched, and his work ethic is like no other. Recently, my car was hit in a parking lot and, of course, the other driver took off. I was left with large, ugly marks all over my driver-side panels. It was frustrating, disheartening, and honestly just one of those things that gets under your skin every time you look at it. Mike remembered me from over a year ago, which completely blew me away. It really made me feel like part of the community. He took my car in within the week, and when I picked it up, it looked brand new again. I joked with him that his work didn’t just restore my car it restored my state of mind. And it's true. I know it might sound dramatic to be emotional about a car, but we invest so much time and money into them, they're part of our everyday lives. When something happens that’s out of your control, and you're left with marks that remind you of it every day, it really affects you. Mike didn’t just fix the damage — he took that mental image away, and that meant more to me than I can explain. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Mike answers every phone call himself, no voicemail, no middlemen. He speaks to you like a real person, not a salesman, and runs a truly honest, no-strings-attached business.
