If you are a small business, as I was, and do not have the need for a full time IT person, Netwide is your perfect solution. They managed all of our equipment, hardware, software, email and back up process for almost 20 years. If we had an issue with anything they have support line and we would be back on track in no time, and usually without having to even come to the building! The cyber security seminar given by Mr. Lawlor and NETWIDE was so valuable to our company. He was able to explain just how serious cyber threats are and how they are constantly evolving, without making our company feel helpless. Mike talked us through different threats and the steps needed to not put our company at risk. It was very empowering, especially for our older employees, and we plan on having NETWIDE back every year.
