Horner Millwork

We had a fiberglass Masonite front door installed 9 years ago that was purchased at Horner Millwork. One of the side glass panels began to fog on the inside recently. Reading the warranty info, we would only be a small portion covered - I reached out to Horner, and without my asking they offered to replace the glass at no charge - just the cost of some replacement fasteners to match the door color. Very impressed with this level of customer service and without my even asking. Thank you!

Great place! I had a cabinet door broken in half (thanks to clumsy teenage grandson). Thought I would take a chance to see if it could be replaced, never thinking it could be repaired. Horner Millworker said "No problem, we can glue it". I didn't expect much of a result but left the door anyway. Two days later got a call to come pick it up. Unbelievable! The door looked like nothing had happened and THERE WAS NO CHARGE!!! Amazing work and great customer service!
