Britt is awesome! - just had a balayage done with her and I am so happy with how my hair came out. She was thorough with figuring out what I wanted and is Passionate about what she does. The color is absolutely perfect :) highly recommend !

I would recommend this salon to all of my family and friends. The atmosphere is great and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough amazing things about Brittney! She does an amazing job and always exceeds my expectations every time I leave her chair. I get so many compliments on my hair and people are always asking where I get my hair done. She also did my hair and makeup for my wedding (traveled 4 hours!) and made me feel like the most beautiful bride! My husband, son and I have been clients at First Impressions for several years, but until about two years ago, I went to the salon only for occasional pedicures. After a 24-year relationship with my hair stylist on Newbury St. came to an end when he moved on to Cambridge, I went through two 'rebound' stints of about two years each with Maxime in Hingham (overpriced, very high personnel turnover...see review) and Charles David (pretty good until a really bad haircut...see review).
