My tankless Rannai boiler was not working and reading several fault codes, leaving me without heat and hot water on a winter day. Jamie answered the phone at 7am and him and his worker, Greg, were at my house by 10am. They were able to identify a much larger problem that needed to be addressed immediately, but required parts to be ordered. Before leaving, they were able to quickly get the system temporarily back up and running so we were not without heat and hot water. He immediately ordered the parts and was able to find time in his schedule for an all day job, which they completed by the end of the week. I was impressed by both Jamie and Greg’s promptness, professionalism, kindness, expertise, and honesty. Jamie’s pricing was fair and he insisted on not taking payment until the job was done. He even scheduled a follow up to check on the boiler system a week later to make sure there were no issues. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future boiler servicing and any other plumbing needs.
