I have been having personal training sessions with Mike, primarily as rehab to strengthen my core and alleviate back pain. The difference has been remarkable. I feel a lot better, my posture and lifting techniques have greatly improved and am now confident working out in the "big boy" area �. I'm now focusing on my "bingo wings" and with Mike's direction and encouragement my arms are stronger and more toned. Since joining part of his team I have seen my conditioning develop along with my weights. I look forward to see what he has in store that week and am amazed at how far I have come to be able to achieve things I didn't think I could.
