Excellent customer service. Prompt and seamless delivery. I've read reviews about pricing being high and misleading but they were fully transparent from start to finish. Anyone who complains about pricing didn't pay attention to what they were told or asked questions. Bottom line, as a new homeowner I will continue to use them and recommend them 10/10

Tank levels appear to be closely monitored . Never in danger of running out. Customer service always helpful, and web account portal provides all necessary info regarding my personal history of usage and billing. One suggestion, it would be helpful to receive some form of newsletter during difficult times regarding pricing, reasons or causes of price increases, and to dispel rumors about supply.

I called to make a payment and Jessica worked with me to get documentation of a lock in rate. This rate was 59 cents a gallon cheaper than the original cost of the current price per gallon. Great service and friendly customer service representative.
