We bought our steam shower from them over 11 years ago and they shipped it out of state to us. Our unit has been discontinued but they’ve been wonderful about helping us get the replacement parts we’ve needed for it. (which I’m sure wasn’t easy!). You have to respect a company that continues to take care of their old customers. Thanks Aquapeutics!!!

Great service!!! Recently, I encountered a problem with my bathtub - a discontinued Truro/Putnam model that came with my newly purchased home. To make a long story short, the previous owner took it apart, and owner’s manual and many parts ended up missing. Unfortunately, despite contacting several local repair companies and bathtub dealers, none were willing to even consider repairing it. Their sole focus seemed to be pushing their own products, leaving me feeling frustrated and out of options.That's when I decided to contact Aquapeutics directly to make repairs myself (zero experience), and my experience was a complete 180 degree turn.
