Had a Service tech (Scott) come to our home yesterday to service our pellet stove, he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and highly tolerant of my endless questions. Essentially gave us newer pellet stove owners a clinic on how they run and more importantly how to properly maintain them, he was outstanding and I'm glad we went with Robbins because of him.
The staff here is extremely knowledgeable about wood or pellet stoves. We had can come to look at our new to us pellet stove. He did an excellent job meaning the flu all the way up to the chimney cap. Also showed us the ins-and-outs of how to clean and maintain the stove for ourselves. Stove is throwing much more heat after he was done. And just going to the store is quite the treat.
