Brandy is amazing and her energy is so uplifting! The studio is beautiful, relaxing and very cozy. I never did Yoga and I was uneasy about starting but Brandy teaches all levels and made me very comfortable. I went to my 1st sound bath there also. The noises and relaxed scents truly made me forget about everything and focus on none other than myself in that present moment. Just what was needed. I highly recommend her and her studio.

My family has been joining Brandy for gentle yoga for years. It started with me going to some private classes and then my youngest daughter started to go when she was just 3 years old. We now go weekly with my husband and every once in awhile for a special treat we enjoy Ariel yoga all together. Brandy infuses just the right amount of stretching, meditation, and strength building. I highly recommend Brandy for people in all stages of life with all different types of yoga needs

Let me start by saying I am a 34 year old male who is 6'2. I have not been gentle on my body many broken bones and torn muscles. I started doing yoga with Brandy. I couldn't believe how much stretching properly could make me feel so great. Over the years Brandy has taught me the proper ways of breathing correctly while stretching , and offers many different types and levels of yoga. I used to have a standing appointment with a chiropractor for my back. I can proudly say because of yoga i have not had to go to the chiropractor in many years.Brandy is also very active in the community and helps promote small businesses.
