Perfect salon, fair prices, professional staff. And excellent customer service. I got a nice layered haircut there. Just make sure you verify their address when you call for an appointment, this location is open only from Sunday to Wednesday and a different location (111 Lenox St, Norwood, MA 02062) is open from Thursday to Saturday. The phone numbers on Google maps for either locations connect to the store that is open so you might go to a wrong location that is closed. Just make sure you verify the address when you call. They are open until 8pm till end of July 2022 so that is a plus. After July 2022 this location will likely be closed, unfortunately.

Good thing is that I called to schedule appointment within half an hour and they had a slot for me. Lady who cut my hair was nice, but then when I paid to cashier and said thank you, she did not respond. When I said thank you again she ignored me again. It’s not like I didn’t give her a tips or gave her hard time, I think she just wasn’t very customer-friendly.

My past two salon experiences were at Dellaria in Norwood ( frizzy perm instead of a body wave) and Salon Capri at Legacy ( highlights that started a good inch from my scalp) at $250 and $275 respectively, including cut and blow dry. By chance, I went in to this Supercuts because I needed a blowout before an event. Christa was AMAZING. We talked about my past hair fiascos. When she told me they did color/highlights at Supercuts I thought no way. But I trusted her, and today got the most professional cut, blowdry, color and highlights I ever had. For around $120. The color is perfect, the cut is sharp and professional. Ask for Christa by name. Diane is also terrigic!
