    We had an unfortunate pair of incidents in our finished basement that resulted in significant water damage. The ServiceMaster remediation team came in and took great care of us.

    Manny, Zenen, Cristian, Walter, and Cesar did a masterful job of sealing off what we thought were the affected areas, moving our furniture and other possessions, and getting to work. They were the right combination of thorough and conservative, doing only what they needed to preserve what they could of our basement while ensuring that the water damage and mold were removed.

    Our retail shop had significant water damage and the team at ServiceMaster responded almost immediately! Joe, Manny, and Pedro were very attentive and thorough. Their upbeat attitude put me at ease and they were on site first thing, each morning until the issue was resolved. Joe kept us informed about each step of the process, day-to-day. We thought the worst when we first saw the damage but thanks to ServiceMaster, we were able to continue operating and get the business back on track!
