McDonald Flooring & Design, Inc.

In July 2024, I contracted with MacDonald Flooring to redo the flooring in three residential areas: Install luxury vinyl flooring (LVF) over a subfloor, replace carpeting on two landings and a stairway, and sand/stain/polyurethane an oak bedroom floor.

I have used McDonald Flooring & Design many times for carpeting bedrooms, stairways and floating flooring. They are very professional, knowledgeable and competitively priced. The team of installers worked hard and made sure everything was done perfectly. I get many compliments on it. If you want a local, family owned company that specializes in Flooring & Design, this is where you want to go. I highly recommend them.

I turned to McDonald Flooring in the fall for new carpet installation in my basement and runners for my staircase. Susan came by, helped me determine how much carpet would be needed and was great about communicating and answering all my questions. The installation was done in a day and half, beautifully and professionally. I returned to Susan after the New Year and had three small area rugs made from the excess carpet. Again, done wonderfully. Susan is a delight and it was a great pleasure working with her and also to support a local --- and first-rate ---business!
