Competent, efficient, responsive, reasonably-priced... What else could I ask for?When the gas company (Nat'l Grid) technicians did not know how to restart an older hot-water boiler heating system after they swapped the gas meter, they called in HomeServe. The HomeServe technicians then damaged the boiler, creating a hazardous situation, including small gas explosions within the boiler, and excess CO emissions. This is a two-family building, and my tenant had no heat in January in New England... I called numerous heating contractors, and Stephen Devaney was the first to respond.
