This company has been managing the laundry room in my building since I moved in in June. They have been extremely helpful and always fix issues when they arise. They recently installed a new Bluetooth payment system so we no longer have to use quarters! It has had a couple hiccups, but it is so convenient and they are on top of fixing any issues. It is awesome so far. Stephen is the tech who always comes out service our building. He is super friendly, knowledgeable and always makes sure everything is running properly. These guys are awesome.

Yesterday, it took me three hours to do my laundry because two of the washers weren't working in my building. One washer ate my money and never started the wash and the other took my money, started, but then didn't finish the load. I was $4 down and put notes on the washers to tell others they were broken. I wrote to Commonwealth Appliance and about 12 hours later, they knocked on my door and gave me $4 in quarters and thanked me for writing them about the maintenance need. I was very impressed and appreciative of their responsiveness!
