They were very responsive to our initial calls regarding a malfunctioning attic fan and were able to schedule a house call within a few days. The staff who came were polite and pleasant and diagnosed the problem quickly. We did have to call them about a follow up visit as they did not get back to us in a few days as promised. It turns out that they had staffing problems and this issue was quickly resolved. The office staff were very nice and sympathetic to our concern with this delay. They did install a new fan shortly after that. We were contacted with confirmation emails and texts for both visits and were notified when the technician was on the way. We would definitely recommend them.
