I had a fantastic expierence with the service team at Norwood BMW! Diane went above and beyond in helping me get my car serviced and making sure I had a loaner to get to work! She then turned me over to Leanne who was attentive and knowledgeable and made sure the problem was fixed before they returned my vehicle. I was so impressed with their professionalism and friendly demeanor. It certainly made the entire process enjoyable and seamless! Thank you!

Jamie was my service advisor and was very informative, helpful and pleasant!! Ken was my driver both ways and he was a joy to be with as well ! I was very happy with my service although I was disappointed that my car wasn’t washed vacuumed and I used to get a full tank of gas but maybe you don’t do that anymore ? I would give BOTH Jamie and Ken a 5+ rating

I recently purchased a “new to me” (2 years old) vehicle from BMW Norwood. The whole process from start (scheduling test drive) to finish was seamless and very easy. Aleksandr was professional and friendly. I live an hour away and after we signed papers I told him I hoped to do everything in one day when I picked it up - registration, sticker, etc. He was able to get it all done for me. My husband and I both agree this was one of the easiest car buying experiences we’ve had. The car looked almost immaculate when I picked it up. I would gladly recommend BMW of Norwood to anyone looking to buy a new car.
