Jamie was my service advisor and was very informative, helpful and pleasant!! Ken was my driver both ways and he was a joy to be with as well ! I was very happy with my service although I was disappointed that my car wasn’t washed vacuumed and I used to get a full tank of gas but maybe you don’t do that anymore ? I would give BOTH Jamie and Ken a 5+ rating

I recently purchased a “new to me” (2 years old) vehicle from BMW Norwood. The whole process from start (scheduling test drive) to finish was seamless and very easy. Aleksandr was professional and friendly. I live an hour away and after we signed papers I told him I hoped to do everything in one day when I picked it up - registration, sticker, etc. He was able to get it all done for me. My husband and I both agree this was one of the easiest car buying experiences we’ve had. The car looked almost immaculate when I picked it up. I would gladly recommend BMW of Norwood to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Great experience. Leanne Rattey is the best service advisor ever! She is very professional, understanding, and is a problem solver! We were very pleased with her professionalism and would recommend her to anyone needing service at BMW of Norwood!
