She is extremely knowledgeable and considerate of your experience. Victoria was very encouraging throughout each session and always provided feedback and reasoning behind each exercise I worked on. Each time I left feeling a bit stronger (sometimes exhausted lol!) and overall more confident in my injury rehabilitation.
