This was not a great experience. The staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming, or even pleasant really. Seemed as if I were a chore. Stopped working on my nails and switched technicians at weird times with no explanations, no check ins for being ok with shape, length, etc. The technician cut the skin and caused bleeding in several places on both my feet and hands. Again, no apologies or acknowledgement- just seemed exasperated to have to stop and find materials to stop the bleeding. My nails look ok, just ok. The shapes are different for different fingers/toes, they are not filed level, and the polish isn't smooth but I've had worse. I got a gel mani/pedi with one solid color- nothing unusual. This was my first time, and I won't be back.
I was hesitant to leave this review, but have since decided to switch salons because it’s still on my mind. I think the ladies at passion nails are wonderful and do a great job. I’ve been going for years and have gotten my sisters and cousins going there as well. I always made my appointments with Sen or Winnie but since Winnie left I make them with Sen. I made my appointment in advance with Sen for early in the morning (9:30), she was late so they told me to sit for my pedicure, well she must have ran behind and took the next scheduled client. without warning or asking me she had me go with another nail tech. Passion nails did an awesome job. I got a full set and pedicure. I was nervous about trying a new salon, but I'm glad I did. Everyone made me feel really welcome and they were very patient with me ( I take awhile to decide on my nail art). I loved them so much I went back and got lash extensions done. They did such a good job and I will be back!Services: Eyelash extensions
