We left the practice after nearly five years due to a conflict with Dr. Caroline. Our hygienist was absolutely wonderful with our young son, but when it came to needing more care from the dentist, we found her to be condescending and rude when our son was too afraid to comply with a procedure she needed to do. We followed up to share our concerns about what happened at the procedure appointment and a week after we sent them to her, she fired us from the practice over email. She was not receptive to any feedback and was completely defensive. We were careful to share our concerns in a professional manner and how she handled it was shocking. I had a conflict with my scheduled appointments for my two-year-old son. He was scheduled to come in for a cleaning at 10 AM and at 10:26 I realized we had missed the appointment and I called right away. I was so sorry for the missed appointment but I was in Boston at another appointment for him. Unfortunately, I had mixed up my appointments. I had never missed or arrived late to any other appointments I’ve had with them. I asked if they could as a one time courtesy waive the same-day no-show fee, one time as it was an honest mistake. This place is amazing. My 3 and 5 year old went in and I was expecting the worst given their ages, but it was a smooth and very pleasant experience. They had a great time, the hygienists were excellent and knew exactly what to do to make and keep them comfortable, and the doctor was wonderful. Highly recommend.
