Someone from Terminix team tried to bind me into recurring service without proper explanation.
Terminix support team later refunded me the money.
Ask below questions to person who is selling and get it in video/audio recording for future reference. 1. What exactly is included in the service? 2. Brad came by today(11/17/2024). He took me along with him e replaced. He also went "above and beyond", helping me put a cover on an air conditioner and on some insulation cords for a central heating unit. Great job!! Please assign him to my house in the future.
