I have been using Terminex for about 20 years. I live near the water, feed the birds and have lots of ground cover, the perfect place for rats and mice to make a home. Patrick, my technician shows up quarterly or more if need be. No sign of vermin. All is 👍
Someone from Terminix team tried to bind me into recurring service without proper explanation.
Terminix support team later refunded me the money.
Ask below questions to person who is selling and get it in video/audio recording for future reference.

Brad came by today(11/17/2024). He took me along with him e replaced. He also went "above and beyond", helping me put a cover on an air conditioner and on some insulation cords for a central heating unit. Great job!! Please assign him to my house in the future.
