New to the area, other clients were impressed by the welcoming staff, knowledgeable and caring veterinarians, and the clean, comfortable facilities. Owners of anxious pets, such as an Australian cattle dog, praised the staff's patience, compassion, and willingness to address their pets' needs.

They always make sure I understand complicated medical terminology and we explore every option. I never feel pressured to make a decision I feel uncomfortable with. I've never had a kitty with a chronic illness and they are great at supporting me through his care, letting me know what's concerning & what's a normal progression of the illness. It took visiting a few other Vets to find this one. This is the right fit for my kitties!
Very nice staff who are knowledgeable in their roles, and the facility is clean and well organized. The separate waiting areas for cats and dogs are a big plus! They even have warming blankets for cats which they love. I highly recommend bringing your furry family members here.
I am very happy with Norton Animal Hospital. All of the veterinarians and staff take very good care of Jovi and Rei. They are very knowledgeable, and caring. I would not go anywhere else with my precious Jovi and Rei.
