I highly recommend Grants Septic Service. I used their service and I was very impressed with their customer service, as well as their techs, on job site. They were all very knowledgeable, very patient, and courteous with my questions, as well as very proficient, and thorough, while completing the job. Just OUTSTANDING!! What a great and educational service from Derek! He is such a pleasant person to talk to; very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and showed this novice how our septic system works! It turns out, that we don’t need to pump every other year(which the previous company never told us), only every 4! That’s at least a $350 saving! We will be using this service from now on for all works related to our septic system! We need more honest companies like Grant’s septic techs!
