I am going to add the names of the 2 associates who treated me as if I was their most important customer! ( it's a RARE GIFTto be able to match up a person's type/ color/ size to a complete stranger! But, they did!)About a week ago I was running down the list iof "optics providers" my insurance covers...and let's just say NONE of the names I called covered a simple pair of glasses! ;!( CCA is HORRIBLE aka" "ONE CARE".. like so many health insurance they woo you at 1st until their membership rolls are full ..then they deny services.SO I STAYED AT WALMART AND PAID 100% because I always hear great things, and, I was done begging different places.WALMART OPTICAL has already...read full review

Joyce helped me out today at Walmart. She was WONDERFUL! She helped me pick out frames that looked good on my face and something appropriate for my prescription. She was pleasant and accommodating and not in a rush; she really took her time to get me what I needed. She also offered to help me with a pair of glasses that I have at home. This is customer service that I have not had in a long time. I wish there were others like her in the service industry; she was caring and compassionate.
