LOVE working out at F45 NOBO. The trainers are amazing, uplifting and I have so much fun every class I attend. If you are looking for a positive community who wants to see you reach your fitness goals, this is the place!
Joining F45 in Northboro has been one of my best decisions in my health/wellness and fitness journey. It’s a great way to supplement your regular workout routine or get started in your own journey. The trainers are amazing and will help with your form and push you to go a little harder. Once you get started you’ll feel like you’re part of a community.
I just joined NoBo last month and have nothing but great things to say about the coaches and the studio in general. All of the coaches are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, they all are fully equipped to truly coach better form and push you to your best. Excited for more classes here and highly recommend!
