I made a purchase via Etsy and then a few months later, requested to have it resized. I shipped the ring back as instructed and it was confirmed received on April 29, 2024. Since then, I have received only two actual responses to inquiries asking about my ring. I've sent over half a dozen messages, and nothing. No one can help because the initial purchase took place too long ago for it to be considered fraud. DO NOT BUY. The work was beautiful and I would have given a high review had this person at all responded to my inquiries, sent back my ring unsized, or refunded my money at this point. I'm so disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a ring as a memorial of my mother's passing via Etsy. I was NOT given the option of a custom inscription anywhere when I placed the order. Over 4 weeks later I receive a ring with an inscription inside that I literally cannot read, like a 4 year old wrote it and the butterflies embedded on the outside were faded and grayed out. That began email communication with the owner, Emily, that went on for almost 7 MONTHS, only to recently find out that Emily Jane Designs now no longer sells with Etsy (so completed ghosting of my emails)!!!! Ring is so narrow and inscription is so small no one could make out the words without a magnifying glass. Also there are two very visible "seams' on it. I wish I could return it for a refund. I am very disappointed and sorry I spent my money on it.
