The crew arrived early and started with a good power washing. Supervisors and experts completed the work quickly and with high quality. They communicate well and work with customers to ensure all the work specified was completed to satisfaction. It looks terrific. The site was cleaned up well. Many customers will certainly call them again when they have further painting and siding/trim repairs to be done. The company was a pleasure to work with from the initial meeting with Alexi to the scheduling and work of the teams. The crew was professional, efficient, and most importantly did a great job. They were very courteous and responsive with any questions. Many customers highly recommend them and have used them a couple of times and are always very satisfied with the outcome. Alexi is personable and easy to work with. The painting team are incredibly nice and very respectful. Supervisors do a great job at overseeing the project. In all this was a great experience and they will use them again.
We were passing our neighbor’s home last year and noticed the work of Aurora. It seemed to transform the house from what had once been dull to vibrant. I inquired and was told they were very happy with the service and the results. Fast forward to this year. I knew my home needed an exterior makeover. It had been years since it was last painted. I noticed rotted trim and clapboard along with the dull and faded paint. I called Aurora for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised with the price. Absolutely a fine experience. Pulled a schedule to help me with an insurance complaint and did a perfect job with a dual color scheme. Lots of great carpentry repairs too. Looks like a million bucks!
I give all of the men in the Aurora Team a FIVE STAR CHEER! ! Aurora Painting Co. did a Beautiful job with the exterior painting and repair carpentry of our home, a large Victorian with many areas that need detail. The Team on our job took extreme care with painting and care of surrounding landscaping. The Team also went beyond and did a few extra touches that they were not obliged to do. Thank you, Team!
