Dr. Kim was great with our kids (before deciding to stop seeing pediatric patients). But 3 separate bad experiences with office staff with both me and my spouse ruined it for us: poor communication, lack of professionalism, lack of customer service, and impatient/condescending attitude sometimes. Moving kids to Reading Pediatric Associates, and office staff there are much better so far.

Dr. Ordonez is amazing. I had been so disappointed with previous doctors, always quick to prescribe meds for each symptom but never getting to the root of the problem. So I was delighted when I found dr. Ordonez! He was willing to do all the necessary tests and then we tackled symptoms with diet and life changes first. I can honestly say that my life has changed drastically for the better under his care. Not only have I lost weight but I have energy and joy in living...and that in my opinion is what real health is.

The place as a whole is a big nice place. I know the emergency urgent care is quick and easy. Going as a kid the pediatrics office was cute and fun. And even as an adult the service has been fine. Until i had to go to the gynecologist. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes without seeing a soul, to see a women come over, no apology. No sign saying ill be right back. Then i waited about 15 minutes to only go in get blood pressue checked then sent BACK out to wait another 30 minutes to then be sent into a room to wait more. If you are short staffed or too busy schedule me for another day or give me a call or something. Why they only have one doctor and one front desk worker is beyond me. But god knows when i get pregnant one day you can bet i will NOT be coming here.
