I had an okay pedicure at this location. The nail polish was fabulous; live the color and still looks new a week later. I feel like the callus treatment in the spa package could have been better. The tools seem clean and the staff works to make sure everything is clean and to your liking.

This is the best salon around. I live in Haverhill and I travel to North reading purposely. The staff is amazing, they are sweet and extremely experienced. I absolutely love this place. Have a unbelievable choices for dipping powder.

I've been coming here for months and I always love the results! The only reason I giving 4 instead of 5 is because I make an appointment for every two weeks. That appointment is the same day/time. It's the first appointing of the day and the techs are almost always late. One time I have been taken care of at my appointment time. When we're late, we get out time cancelled (understandable) but it's very unprofessional to show up 10-20 minutes late every Saturday when you know you have appointments waiting. I wait because the quality of the work is wonderful and the staff is nice. I just wish they would make being on time a priority like they expect their customers too.
