The proprietor of Lady Di’s and Head Barber is Penny. She has been in that same location for years. Herb Batchelder, one of North Reading’s finest Firefighter/Paramedic referred me to Penny over 10 years ago. He knows the “the good, the bad, and the ugly” about most of the businesses in Town. He’s a lifelong resident and consummate professional on and off duty. When he recommends a place whether it’s an electrician, a place to eat, or a barber; he’s the “Go To Guy!” He has never led my friends or I astray. Many years ago, when I asked him about a good barber in Town? He immediately said “Penny at Lady Di’s on Main Street.” He was right on the money!...read full review
