I had a wonderful experience with Karol’s Cleaning. From the very beginning, scheduling and communication with Karol were excellent—clear, responsive, and easy, which made the whole process stress-free.
The team arrived right on time, and I immediately knew it was them because of the clearly branded car, which I really appreciated. There were two cleaners, and they both did an outstanding job.

We started using Karols Cleaning service a number of months ago and are very happy. The cleaning is great. They’re incredibly nice, communicative and very responsive when you reach out. They are also very helpful. While we have a standard service, we’ve reached out once or twice to ask they focus on something specific or an area we may not usually have done and they are always flexible to work with us. Lastly, the team really owns their work. The floor cleaner we had purchased wasn’t as streak free as advertised (our fault) and it really showed on the bathroom floors.
